At a post-meeting press conference, the premier explained that the bill, backed by a proposed budget of NT$410 billion (US$12.6 billion), focuses on the four priorities of providing support to industries, stabilizing employment, safeguarding people’s livelihoods and enhancing national resilience. The bill will be submitted to the Legislative Yuan for review and, upon its passage, a special budget will be drawn up and likewise submitted for legislative deliberation.
